This rustic bird frame is the perfect home for a hand painted Araucana egg.   A rusty gray bird with great patina character and the thick glass cover are a wonderful compliment to the blue/green Araucana egg that I was inspired to paint when I saw lovely frame.  Each frame includes an archival print of the original and is hand signed.

I think this little treasure is perfect when paired it's sister, a horizontal version with a nest filled with eggs that I painted.  Add a little bird nest and eggs and you have the perfect nature inspired vignette!
